WARRANTY / SERVICE
Standard 2-year Warranty is included on the VascuLab GSX, GS2, and G2 Portable ABI systems. 2-year warranty overs the computer and VascuLab control system, hoses, batteries and power supplies. Parts applied to patient (cuffs, Doppler probes, and PPG sensors, cables and clips) are covered for 6 months.
Extended Warranty may be purchased at any time, per annum, up to 7 years. The additional extended warranty covers the computer, VascuLab system, cart and all patient applied parts at a cost of $3,500/year.
Software Upgrades are included free for 7 years.
Maintenance - VascuLab devices are modular and does not require on-site service. VascuLab warranties include loaned devices and computers during the repair process. If factory service is required, peripherals are easily disconnected/reconnected. All replacement parts, loaner computers and VascuLab systems are shipped via FedEx. Overnight shipping is an option, where and when available.
